Need to cancel your order? Kindly let us know within 12 hours of submitting your order, and we will cancel your order and send you a refund. 

No questions asked, and no hurt feelings.

 During holiday seasons, we often try to ship orders before the 12 hour mark, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

 Has it been more than 12 hours? Shoot us a message and we'll let you know if we can cancel it, or if we're too far along to do so.
No promises of cancellation and a refund if your request is 12 hours after ordering.

All items shipped with protective packaging. Individual greeting cards shipped in a flat back package; Love Notes and other orders packaged in bubble mailers or box, depending on size.

Items are shipping via USPS First Class mail service, with a general delivery time frame of 2 to 5 days. Once your item is dropped off at the post office, we are not responsible for any elongated shipping time frames, and cannot refund an order due to a missed shipping deadlines by the USPS. We love the USPS, but sadly they're not in our control. But oh how we wish they were.

Buyer is responsible for any taxes or fees that might be incurred on arrival. Custom form will clearly state item description and cannot be updated to reflect something the purchase is not. You know what we're saying.

Full refunds only available if the wrong item was received, or if the shipment was defective. Should this occur, Print Therapy will cover return shipping costs as well as the shipping of the correct item. Please let us know within 10 days of receipt at melissa@print-therapy.com.

If an item is customized with specific names, dates, or places, refunds will not be issued unless a printing mistake was made by Print Therapy. Should this occur, Print Therapy will cover return shipping costs as well as the shipping of the correct item. Please let us know within 10 days of receipt.
